Stingray Healthcare Group Partners With Global Coalition For Radiotherapy

Stingray Healthcare Group has announced a strategic partnership with Global Coalition for Radiotherapy (GCR), strengthening international efforts to improve access to cancer treatment.

The collaboration brings together Stingray’s expertise in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care with GCR’s global advocacy network. Together, the organisations will work to address key challenges in radiotherapy, including unequal access, workforce development and the adoption of advanced technologies.

As part of the partnership, Stingray Healthcare Group and GCR will contribute to joint initiatives, including close collaboration on the drafting of the Radiotherapy Essential Standards Programme, helping to shape best practices and support consistency in treatment delivery worldwide.

Treating over 40,000 of patients each year across Europe, Stingray Healthcare Group is committed to expanding access to modern cancer care. Through this partnership, the Group will support efforts to accelerate innovation while ensuring treatments remain accessible and sustainable.

Ralph Hefti, Chief Executive Officer of Stingray Healthcare Group, said:

“Collaboration is essential if we are to close the gap in access to cancer care. Through our partnership with GCR, we are contributing to a broader effort to ensure that radiotherapy is available, effective and sustainable for healthcare systems and patients worldwide.”

The Global Coalition for Radiotherapy connects organisations and leaders across the oncology community to advocate for greater investment, awareness and coordination in radiotherapy services. Together with Stingray Healthcare Group, the coalition will continue to drive initiatives that support long-term improvements in cancer outcomes on a global scale.
