Our Approach
Stingray Healthcare Group partners with leading radiotherapy and oncology centres to ensure their long-term sustainability, growth, and clinical excellence.
Our ambition is to be the partner of choice for cancer care professionals and institutions across Europe — combining clinical independence with long-term infrastructure and capital backing to strengthen oncology networks and improve patient outcomes.
Our approach is built on long-term partnerships with medical practice owners, supporting them to strengthen and expand their centres while preserving full clinical independence. By providing capital investment, operational expertise, and access to advanced technologies, we help practices modernise infrastructure, increase capacity, and deliver the highest standards of cancer care.
Partnerships
Clinical Autonomy & Governance
Clinical independence is fundamental to our partnership model.
Medical decisions — including treatment protocols, patient pathways, and equipment selection — remain exclusively in the hands of the treating physicians. Doctors retain majority control within their medical entities, and clinical governance structures remain locally led.
Strategic decisions such as major investments, expansion projects, or annual budgets are reviewed within a clearly defined strategic committee where physicians and the Group are represented. This ensures alignment on long-term direction while fully safeguarding medical autonomy.

Partnership Approach
We take a tailored, generation-sensitive approach to every partnership.
Each centre has its own history, ownership structure, and succession considerations — and our model is flexible and modular to reflect this. Senior partners can secure liquidity and succession planning, while younger physicians can reinvest, grow, and participate in long-term value creation.
We begin with a assessment of your centre’s ambitions, succession plans, technology roadmap, and growth potential. From there, we structure a partnership that aligns financial, clinical, and strategic objectives — always with a long-term horizon and full respect for the independence and identity of the practice.
