Acquisition du Centre d'oncologie de la Porte de Saint-Cloud
Stingray Healthcare Group, through its French operations Amethyst, announces the acquisition of the Porte de Saint-Cloud Oncology Centre as part of a strategic partnership with the American Hospital of Paris.
Paris, le 10 juin 2026 – Stingray Healthcare Group (“Stingray”), through its French operations Amethyst, today announces the acquisition of the Porte de Saint-Cloud Oncology Centre (“CCPSC”), previously owned by the American Hospital of Paris (“AHP”).
This partnership is designed to strengthen access to radiotherapy services for patients across the Île-de-France region, where Stingray already operates two centres in La Garenne-Colombes and Versailles.
Through this partnership, Stingray and the AHP aim to provide patients with rapid access to state-of-the-art oncology treatments, while ensuring continuity and quality of care.
Built on the complementary expertise of Stingray and the AHP, the partnership seeks to further enhance the patient experience and strengthen oncology care delivery within a highly demanding clinical environment.
The CCPSC, which will operate under the Amethyst brand, will continue to rely on its existing teams and established clinical standards, ensuring a seamless transition for patients and healthcare professionals.
